Borensberg’s Hostelry was established 1691, through a privilege letter issued by Karl the XI. The rural innkeeper was then responsible to offer food, rest and change of horses for travelers. Among the travelers that have passed by the hostelry is Carl von Linné during his trip to Skåne may the 3rd 1749.
At our restaurant, Fem Ackeräng, is lunch served every weekday during the summer season but also Saturdays and Sundays the rest of the year. We are open all year around, but with extended hours and menus during the summers.
The hostelry is located in the central area of Borensberg, where you can find most things. Close by you can find grocery stores, the bank, hair dressers, fRosses, pizzerias, ice cream bars, clothes shops etc.
