It is our chefs, Emil, Markus and Fredrik who together compose our menus. They have free hands to choose the best suppliers and, of course, choose any raw materials from the area.

The Love of Food

Meetings you remember for a long time are often linked to strong dining experiences in a creative environment. Perhaps we have found the optimal mix. At least, there are many who say so. Starby's kitchen can most easily be described as a crossover. Mixed pots and spices bouquets rule three hungry cooks whose experimental lust continually pours in the pots.

The menus are based on genuine interaction. Partly between sweet and sour, creamy and crispy, hot and cold, melts and al dente. But above all, between the chefs and their burning passion for savory food.

The restaurant is only open to conference guests and pre-booked packages. For overnight guests it is important to call and book a table before arrival. In the bar there is also a lighter bistro menu available.
